ARA has “Class A” builder license of Virginia, USA with 32 years of management continuity including 9 years of operations in Afghanistan.
ARA is the pioneer designer and constructor of pre-engineering building systems in Afghanistan. ARA is also an accomplished conventional construction builder. ARA’s multi-discipline engineering group has designed and supervised the construction of various facilities such as Waste Water Treatment Plants, Bridge Construction, Power Plant Installation, Case Plan, HVAC, and Utility Works.
ARA operates under a management board composed of senior construction experts having a combined experience of over 65 years in construction and logistical management. Located in Kabul, Afghanistan, ARA has become a major player in the construction of buildings, facilities and warehouses.
To date, ARA completed 11 projects in Afghanistan for DoS. The company has extensive experience in dangerous and austere war zone regions.

Yasmin ARA LLC serves as a construction management firm and to successfully complete projects through:

managers.
• Utilization of experienced staff from completed projects.
• Utilization of contract location nationals to minimize
security risk.
• Utilization of corporate engineers to develop design and
fixed price commitment.
• Subcontracting and mentoring local firms.
Support Equipment
ARA support equipment consists of tools, equipment and data systems necessary to support any job. Unlike other companies that must procure tools and equipment, ARA owns required tools and equipment.
Additional necessary equipment is available and quickly deliverable from the many providers with whom we have agreements. These equipment providers have proven their reliability in past projects.
Material Measurement
All material and property held or purchased by Yasmin ARA LLC (ARA) for any contract will be maintained on records. Assets are assigned to inventory either as ARA or developer property. Developer or ARA property will be managed under the terms of the contract as well as current best business practices.
