Yasmin ARA Innovation

Yasmin ARA LLC has been dedicated to introducing new technologies and construction methods to Afghanistan in order to improve productivity, working conditions and protection of the environment. In 2004, the company developed a machine and process that produces specification compliant masonry blocks for construction projects. This greatly improves upon the traditional method that uses topsoil and a burning process, both of which harm the environment. Aside from the sustainable practice, the new process also creates a stronger and more uniform construction material and improves working conditions by reducing the physical labor needed to construct buildings.

Yasmin ARA LLC has also been involved in introducing other technologies to improve infrastructure and the environment. The company established the first fabrication facility in Afghanistan that produces heavy structural steel and water and sewage water treatment plants.

The organization has its own manufacturing facility and advanced technology such as 20 ton gantry system, Shearing machine, Insulated Sandwich Panel Machine, K-Span Machine (MIC 120), Stud and Track manufacturing Machine etc. Yasmin ARA LLC boasts educated, qualified and experienced Afghan staff in construction as well as in the manufacturing field.

Yasmin ARA and Pollution Control Systems

Yasmin ARA LLC is currently supplying “Package Waste Water Treatment Plant Systems” to local and international firms and organizations in order to improve Afghanistan’s infrastructure. This is one of the major goals Afghanistan has, the production of construction materials and facilities domestically, rather than importing the products from foreign countries.

Yasmin ARA LLC is a sole representative of Pollution Control Systems, Inc. to the entire Middle East and Asia. Pollution Control Systems, Inc. (PCS) is one of the most experienced and reliable wastewater treatment system suppliers in the industry today. Depending upon the waste composition and receiving stream, various stages of wastewater treatment may be required. Therefore, it is important to consult the local authorities for applicable regulations.

The packaged wastewater treatment system utilizes the biological extended aeration principle of operation, which is a variation of the activated sludge treatment process. This system functions by creating an environment with sufficient oxygen levels and agitation to allow for bio-oxidation of the wastes to suitable levels for discharge. Waste material in domestic wastewater is generally organic (biodegradable) which means that microorganisms can use this matter as their food source. Biological treatment systems make use of bacteria and other microorganisms to remove contaminates in wastewater.

Yasmin ARA LLC, for PCS has manufactured installed and commissioned sixteen Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) in different provinces of Afghanistan for 100 men camps to 8,000 men camps. PCS Package Waste Water Treatment Plant has been approved by US Government (USACE, AFCEE, DOD, DOS). The organization has the capability to design, manufacture, install and commissioning of WWTP and also have a certified operation & maintenance team at different level from Grade I to Grade III to operate & maintain WWTP. Yasmin ARA LLC for PCS has a good relationship with its customers such as DynCorp International LLC, Innovative Technical Solutions Inc., PAE, C&C Construction, etc.

Yasmin ARA Manufacturing

Yasmin ARA LLC conducts all utility and site development works. We are sole manufacturer of the Insulated Sandwich Panel. Our panel has been approved by USACE. We have supplied our panel to different provinces of Afghanistan.

Yasmin ARA LLC also manufactures and erects K-Span buildings. We have experienced and qualified local team to operate and maintain K-Span Machine who have manufactured and erected more than 300 buildings in different provinces of Afghanistan.

Through Yasmin ARA LLC's mission, the organization has both created jobs and transferred technology to Afghanistan, both of which are policy objectives of great importance to the development of Afghanistan.
